Three product lanes: written guides (PDFs), template kits (repos), and time-block installs (lump-sum consulting hours). All are one-time purchases. No subscriptions on core SKUs. No recurring billing. You buy it, you own it.
Full refund within 7 days if you haven't read the guide or started the install hours yet. After that, refunds are not offered on consumed delivery.
Chargebacks are treated as refund requests. If you dispute a charge, we'll refund you rather than fight it.
IRONLAW: no retainers, no fractional CTO role, no standing weekly cadence, no babysitting. Time blocks are lump-sum, use-it-or-lose-it within 90 days from purchase unless agreed otherwise in writing. Invoices and scope go to [email protected] before work begins.
Guides are operator-grade reference material, not legal, financial, or medical advice. You run your own production environments and bear responsibility for outcomes.
We make no warranty on results from third-party APIs or services (Anthropic Claude, Polar, Discord, Mailgun, DigitalOcean, etc). If they change, break, or bill you differently, that's not our liability.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
