Terms of service
Parties
These terms are between you and Albino Geek Services Ltd.("we", "us") for goods and services ordered through albinogeek.com. Refund and cancellation details are in the Refund policy.
What you're buying
We offer written guides (digital documents), template kits (digital repositories or files), and pair-engineering sessions (prepaid blocks of live working time). Core SKUs are one-time purchases unless a product page clearly states otherwise. Pricing, currency, and what is included are shown at checkout.
Scope of work
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise: no retainers, no standing fractional executive role, and no open-ended maintenance obligation. Time blocks are lump-sum and subject to the expiry and scheduling rules in the refund policy. Custom scope or invoices may be agreed by email before work begins.
Acceptable use and third parties
You are responsible for how you use materials in your own environments. We do not control third-party platforms (for example payment, email, chat, hosting, or model providers). If a third party changes features, pricing, or availability, we are not responsible for their service levels.
Disclaimers and liability
Guides and templates are practical reference material, not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Materials are provided as described on the product page without any other express or implied warranty to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where such a limitation is prohibited.
Non-waiver: Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be waived under the laws of Canada or your province or territory (including unfair practice or deceptive marketing rules under the federal Competition Act and provincial consumer protection statutes where they apply to you).
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send the dispute elsewhere. Subject to non-waivable rights that require a different forum, you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last revised" date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Material changes will be reflected there; continued use of the site after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms where the law allows.
